Factory Road workshops have been tailored by DesignGroup Stapleton Elliott to provide a flexible space for work or play. Ideal for tradies wanting a handy Belfast base, for wholesalers needing more space, as somewhere to store work equipment or toys (type C fits a car + caravan/boat), or to use as a place away from home to tinker and create. ​

 

All workshop units come with 24-hour secure carded access. Build your own community with access to the workshop hub (tearoom+) with weekly restocks of tea and coffee making facilities, bathrooms with showers & coin operated washing machines for when the work gear (or you) is too grubby to take home, even a commercial wash-down bay.

Rubbish and recycling are collected in a monitored communal area. ​
