Factory Road Industrial Park is proudly developed by Lisburn Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of  The Wellington Company who have delivered over a billion dollars of commercial, industrial and residential developments across NZ.

 

​The engineering, geotech, survey and planning has been delivered by Davis Ogilvie - one of Christchurch's largest multi-disciplinary consultancies.  Civils Construction has been undertaken by Nor West Contracting, a proud Canterbury owned business.  ​​Urban design was delivered by DCM Urban Design, and extensive riparian regeneration undertaken in partnership with The Styx.

Commercial lots are being handled by Jeremy Brown of CBRE and Sam Stone of Bayleys. Workshop sales are being handled by Sam Cowdy and Craig Goodland of Cowdy. ​​
