Christchurch's Winter weather means the latest set of drone photos below are a tad gloomy, but it certainly hasn't slowed down onsite progress. Simon Meggett, Civil Engineer from Davis Ogilvie & Partners provides this overview of recent siteworks at Factory Road Industrial Park:
Both the Northern and Western lots have been topsoiled and are now seeded at finished level.
The stormwater mains have been installed along roads two, three, and the majority of road one. Drainlayers are now working on the lateral connections for lots.
Roading has been cut to subgrade across the site and Road three has been built up with imported fill.
Stormwater management area has been completed and grassed.
